CRIMES RELATING TO CHILDREN AND MINORS

9.06.010 Conduct prohibited.
The following statutes of the state of Washington are hereby adopted by reference as they now exist or hereafter may be amended:
A. RCW 9.91.060, Leaving children unattended in parked automobile.
B. RCW 9.91.160, Personal protection spray devices.
C. RCW 9A.44.010, Definitions.
D. RCW 9A.44.096, Sexual misconduct with a minor in the second degree.
E. RCW 9A.44.132, Failure to register as a sex offender or kidnapping offender.
F. RCW 9A.44.170, Custodial misconduct in the second degree.
G. RCW 9A.44.180, Custodial misconduct defense.
H. RCW 9.68A.011, Definitions.
I. RCW 9.68A.080, Reporting of depictions of minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct – Civil immunity.
J. RCW 9.68A.090, Communicating with minor for immoral purposes – Penalties.

The following statutes of the state of Washington are hereby adopted by reference as they now exist or hereafter may be amended:
A. RCW 26.28.010, Age of majority.
B. RCW 26.28.060, Child labor penalty.
C. RCW 26.28.070, Certain types of employment prohibited.
D. RCW 26.28.080, Selling or giving tobacco to minor – Belief of representative capacity, no defense – Penalty.
E. RCW 26.28.085, Applying tattoo to a minor – Penalty. (Ord. 3536 § 4, 2011).
