9.14.020 Fire – Miscellaneous crimes.
The following statutes of the state of Washington are hereby adopted by reference as they now exist or hereafter may be amended:
A. RCW 9.40.040, Operating engine or boiler without spark arrester.
B. RCW 9.40.100, Injuring or tampering with fire alarm apparatus or equipment – Sounding false alarm of fire. (Ord. 3536 § 7, 2011).
