SUMMONS AND OTHER LEGAL PROCESS

2.85.010 Service of summons and other legal process.

Valid service of summons and other legal process upon the City of Mountlake Terrace shall be effected as follows:

A. By personally serving a true and correct copy of the summons and other legal process upon the City Clerk or Assistant City Clerk in the City business office at 23200 – 58th Avenue West in the City of Mountlake Terrace during the hours of the day that said business office is open for public business; or

B. By personally serving the Mayor of the City of Mountlake Terrace as provided in RCW 4.28.080. (Ord. 1760 §§ 1, 2, 3, 1987).
