FIRE DEPARTMENT PARKING SPACES

10.08.010 Created.

There are created four parking spaces in the alleyway between North Bend Boulevard North and Main Avenue North as bounded by East Third Street and East Second Street. Said parking spaces shall be on the west side of said alley commencing at the intersection of said alley with East Second Street. There are cre­ated six parking spaces in the alleyway between North Bend Boulevard North and Main Avenue North as bounded by North Bend Way and East Second Street. Said park­ing spaces shall be on the west side of said alley commencing at the intersection of said alley and East Second Street. (Ord. 646 §§ 1, 2, 1985).

10.08.020 Restricted to fire department use.

The parking spaces referred to in NBMC 10.08.010 shall be restricted to vehicles being used in conjunction with fire department busi­ness and the public works superintendent is directed to post signs on said parking spaces indicating the restricted use thereof. (Ord. 646 § 3, 1985).
