SPEED LIMITS

10.12.010 Designated.

A. Except where specifically posted to the contrary, the speed limit on all streets and roads within the city is established to be 25 miles per hour.

B. The speed limit on State Route 202 from milepost 28.28 to milepost 29.60 is estab­lished at 50 miles per hour.

C. The speed limit on State Route 202 from milepost 29.60 to milepost 30.14 is estab­lished at 30 miles per hour.

D. The speed limit on State Route 202 from milepost 30.14 to milepost 30.60 is estab­lished at 40 miles per hour.

E. The speed limit on Boalch Avenue Northwest is established at 35 miles per hour.

F. The speed limit on Southeast North Bend Way from the east city limits to Thrasher Avenue Northeast is established at 35 miles per hour.

G. The speed limit on North Bend Way from Thrasher Avenue Northeast to Ribary Creek Bridge is established at 25 miles per hour.

H. The speed limit on North Bend Way from Ribary Creek Bridge to Northwest 8th Street is established at 40 miles per hour.

I. The speed limit on North Bend Way from Northwest 8th Street to the west city limit is established at 50 miles per hour.

J. The speed limit on Southeast Cedar Falls Way from the east city limit to Maloney Grove Avenue Southeast is established at 35 miles per hour.

10.12.020 Signposting.

The speed limits designated in this chapter shall be effective when the appropriate signs giving notice thereof are erected. (Ord. 663 § 9, 1985).
