The 2009 Edition of the International Building Code, as adopted and hereafter amended by the State Building Code Council in Chapter 51-50 WAC, as published by the International Code Council, excluding Chapter 1, “Administration,” is hereby adopted. (Ord. 1400 § 1 (part), 2010: Ord. 1276 § 2 (part), 2007: Ord. 1214 § 1 (part), 2004).
