The 2006 Edition of the International Residential Code, as adopted and hereafter amended by the State Building Code Council in Chapter 51-51 WAC, as published by the International Code Council, excluding Chapter 1, “Administration,” Chapter 11, “Energy Efficiency,” and Chapters 25 through 42, “Mechanical, Fuel Gas and Plumbing,” is adopted.

A. Appendix Chapter G, “Swimming Pools, Spas and Hot Tubs,” is hereby adopted. (Ord. 1276 § 2 (part), 2007: Ord. 1214 § 1 (part), 2004).
