The 2009 Edition of the International Residential Code, as adopted and hereafter amended by the State Building Code Council in Chapter 51-51 WAC, as published by the International Code Council, excluding Chapter 1, “Administration,” Chapter 11, “Energy Efficiency,” and Chapters 25 through 42, “Mechanical, Fuel Gas and Plumbing,” is hereby adopted.
