The 2009 Washington State Ventilation and Indoor Air Quality Code, as adopted and amended by the State Building Code Council in Chapter 51-13 WAC, is hereby adopted by the city of North Bend. (Ord. 1400 § 1 (part), 2010: Ord. 1276 § 2 (part), 2007: Ord. 1214 § 1 (part), 2004).
