15.32.010 Uniform Sign Code adopted.

The 1997 Edition of the Uniform Sign Code, published by the International Confer­ence of Building Officials is adopted by refer­ence as though fully set forth herein; provided, that any law enforcement action commenced under any prior code shall remain in full force and effect unless the misconduct charged under a prior code is lawful under the newer code. 15.32.030 Board of appeals.

Repealed by Ord. 1044. (Ord. 591 § 41 (part), 1983).

15.32.040 Traffic signs, signals or devices to remain unobstructed.

A sign, as defined in the Uniform Sign Code, shall not be erected in a manner that would confuse or obstruct the view or interpre­tation of any official traffic sign, signal or device. (Ord. 695 § 3, 1986).
