The following provisions of the Washing­ton Administrative Code are on file in the city, and are adopted by this chapter by reference:

16.10.020 Anchoring system minimum standards.

The standards set forth in WAC 296-150B-250 are adopted as the minimum standards for anchoring systems for mobile homes in the city, and anchoring systems must be at least equal to the requirements set forth therein. (Ord. 587 § 2, 1983).

16.10.030 Department designated.

The building department of the city is des­ignated as the permit-issuing agency of the city for the purposes of WAC 296-150B-205. (Ord. 587 § 3, 1983).

16.10.040 Inspection fees.

Inspection fees apply with respect to mobile home installation and blocking as established by the taxes, rates and fees sched­ule adopted by ordinance. (Ord. 1237 § 13 (part), 2005: Ord. 587 § 4, 1983).
