DRIVING ON SIDEWALKS

10.24.010 Unlawful.
It is unlawful to drive a motor-driven cycle over and along any hard-surfaced sidewalks in the city of Oak Harbor. (Ord. 424 § 1, 1975).
10.24.020 Violation – Penalty.
Any person found guilty of violating this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and may be fined up to a sum of $300.00. (Ord. 424 § 2, 1975).
