The city council, being the legislative body of the city, adopts the arterial street plan, attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter, dated March 5, 1973, as the arterial street plan for the city; and does designate and clarify certain streets as shown on the arterial street plan as arterial streets. (Ord. 101 § 1, 1973)

A copy of Ordinance 101, together with two copies of the arterial street plan shall be filed with the Director of Highways of the state. (Ord. 101 § 2, 1973)
