PUBLIC EMPLOYEES’ RETIREMENT SYSTEM

2.64.010 Participation.
There is authorized and approved the membership and participation of its eligible employees in the Washington Public Employees’ Retirement System, pursuant to RCW 41.40.062, and authorized the expenditure of the necessary funds to cover its proportionate share for participation in the system. 2.64.020 Commencement.
Participation membership in the Washington Public Employees’ Retirement System shall commence January 1, 1972. (Ord. 60 § 3, 1971)
