The Rules and Regulations of the District Board of Health for Sanitation-Recreational Vehicles and Camping Areas (with Amendments) approved by the Board of Health, Grays Harbor-Pacific Health District on December 2, 1975, are adopted by reference, with the modifications described in this chapter. (Ord. 261 § 1, 1978)
8.28.020 Health authority.
The “health authority” shall be the public works director or his designee. (Ord. 261 § 2, 1978)
8.28.030 Violation—Penalty.
Notwithstanding any provision of the rules and regulations to the contrary, any violation thereof shall be a Class B offense as defined in Title 7 of this code. A separate violation shall occur with each day’s failure of compliance with any rule or regulation. (Ord. 281 § 3 (part), 1979: Ord. 261 § 3, 1978)
