15.16.010  Adoption.

The International Mechanical Code of the International Code Council, current edition, and the current edition of the Washington State Building Code Council Amendments as published in Chapter 51-52 WAC is hereby adopted by reference and became effective July 1, 2004. Not less than one copy of the Uniform Mechanical Code, 1997 Edition, shall be filed for use and examination by the public in the office of the city clerk/treasurer. 15.16.030  Violation—Penalty.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B offense as defined in Title 7 of this code. Each day the violation continues shall be a separate offense. (Ord. 803 § 7 (part), 2006: Ord. 647 § 7 (part), 1998: Ord. 387 § 17 (part), 1984)
