DEDICATION REQUIREMENTS

16.32.010 Requirements.
No plat shall be approved unless adequate provision is made in the subdivision for such drainage ways, streets, alleys, easements, slope rights, parks, and other public open spaces for general purposes as may be required to protect the public health, safety, and welfare. (Ord. 67 § 25, 1972)
16.32.020 Shown on plat.
All dedications of land shall be clearly and precisely indicated on the face of the plat. (Ord. 67 § 26, 1972)
16.32.030 Access to lots.
Convenient access to every lot by way of a dedicated street shall be provided except for lots served by easements as provided for in Chapter 16.36. (Ord. 67 § 27, 1972)
