SHORELINE MASTER PROGRAM

18.01.010 Adopted.
The Ocean Shores Shoreline Master Program and appendices, as approved by the Washington State Department of Ecology, are hereby adopted by reference. References to the prior Shoreline Master Plan or Shoreline Management, Title 18, which are still contained in other sections of the Ocean Shores Municipal Code are hereby amended by this reference to reflect the city’s adoption of the new codes contained herein.
