9.24.010 Statutory exemption.
The jurisdiction of Okanogan County is and shall be exempt from the prohibitions set forth in RCW 9.41.050(4) as presently enacted and as may be hereafter modified or recodified. This exemption is enacted pursuant to RCW 9.41.050(6). (Ord. 94-5 § 1, 1994).
