MUNICIPAL COURT

2.64.030 Appointment of justice.
2.64.010 Established.
There is established a municipal court within the city of Omak to be know as “The Municipal Court of Omak” pursuant to RCW 3.50 as now provided (as amended by Chapter 258 Laws of 1984) and any subsequent amendments thereto. (Ord. 932 § 1, 1984).
2.64.020 Jurisdiction.
The municipal court of Omak shall have jurisdiction and shall exercise all powers as provided by RCW 3.50 as now provided (as amended by Chapter 258 Laws of 1984) and any subsequent amendments thereto. (Ord. 932 § 2, 1984).
2.64.030 Appointment of justice.
Pursuant to Section 106, Chapter 258 Laws of 1984, the present police court justice shall continue to hold office until January 1, 1986, and his successor shall be appointed and confirmed thereafter pursuant to RCW 3.50.040 (as amended by Section 106, Chapter 258 Laws of 1984) and any subsequent amendment thereto.
