14.32.010 City responsibility.

The city of Omak assumes responsibility for enforcing the installation standards for factory-assembled structures as set forth in Chapter 296-150B WAC. (Ord. 882 § 1, 1982).

14.32.020 Chapter 296-150B WAC adopted.

There is adopted by reference Chapter 296-150B WAC.

14.32.030 Fees for inspections.

Fees for inspections of factory-assembled structures as provided in Chapter 296-150C WAC, adopted in this chapter by reference, shall be set by resolution of the Omak city council. (Ord. 1552 § 1, 2005: Ord. 882 § 5, 1982).

14.32.040 Forwarding of issued permits.

All permits issued by the city shall be forwarded to the Department of Labor and Industries as provided in WAC 296-150B-220(4). (Ord. 882 § 6, 1982).

14.32.050 Copy filing.

Two certified copies of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall be mailed to the Department of Labor and Industries as provided in WAC 296-150B220(l)(b). (Ord. 882 § 4 (part), 1982).

14.32.060 Enforcement.

The building inspector for the city of Omak shall be the individual responsible for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 882 § 2, 1982).

14.32.070 Penalty for violation.

Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is committed, continued, or permitted, and upon conviction of any such violation such person shall be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
