WATER FUND1

3.20.010 Established.
There is created in the treasury of the city a fund to be known and designated as “water fund.” All moneys due the city for water service of any kind or as penalties for violation of Title 14 or of any other ordinance of the city relating to the municipally owned water supply system of the city shall be paid to the finance director, who shall receipt in proper form therefor, and shall be deposited in the water fund. The water fund shall not be commingled with any other fund or funds of the city and shall be disbursed only upon warrants drawn by the order of the city council against the fund.
