PAYMENT OF CLAIMS OR OBLIGATIONS

Payment of claims or obligations of the city shall be by check. The qualified public depository, whereon such checks are to be drawn, shall be Columbia Bank. The city officers authorized to sign checks shall be the mayor, mayor pro tempore, city clerk and finance director. Checks shall be signed by any two of the foregoing authorized signatories.
