2.16.010    Established.

*    For statutory provisions requiring all city offices to be kept open during such days and hours as the legislative body of the city shall by ordinance prescribe, see RCW 35A.12.020.

2.16.010 Established.

In accordance with RCW 35A.21.070, the city council of the city of Prosser hereby establishes the office hours for all city offices, except the police department, to be from eight a.m. to five p.m. Monday through Friday of each week, except for legal holidays. City of Prosser offices will also be closed from eleven a.m. to twelve p.m. (noon) for lunch breaks. The police department shall be open for business twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
