The provision of fire services and suppression within the city of Prosser shall be provided pursuant to an interlocal agreement entered into by and between the city of Prosser and Benton County Fire Protection District Number 3, as that agreement now exists or is hereafter amended. (Ord. 2378 § 2, 2003).
