PARKS AND RECREATIONS CAPITAL FUND

3.72.010 Established.

There is established within the city finance department, an account entitled “parks and recreation capital account.” (Ord. 1554 § 1, 1991).

3.72.020 Purpose.

This account is established for the purpose of accounting for major capital expenditures relative to city parks and the cost of major capital items of equipment for the city parks. (Ord. 1554 § 2, 1991).

3.72.030 Fund status.

This fund shall be an ongoing fund and shall be permanent in nature until such fund is closed by an ordinance of the council, and is not specific to any one park project. (Ord. 1554 § 3, 1991).
