FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE FUND

3.12.010 Establishment.
There is established as a separate fund of the city a fund hereinafter to be known and designated as the “federal shared revenue fund,” into which fund shall be deposited all moneys hereinbefore received or hereinafter to be received by the city under Title I of the State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act of 1972, in accordance with federal regulations published under 31 Code of Federal Regulations, Subtitle B, part 51, Federal Assistance to State and Local Governments.
