2.50.010 Civil service system adoption.
The civil service system set forth in RCW 41.12 is hereby adopted by the City, and all of the details and provisions of RCW 41.12 are hereby made a part of this chapter. (Ord 07-200 §2; Ord 276 §1, 1956)
2.50.020 Creation – Authority.
There is hereby created pursuant to RCW 41.12, a civil service commission for the police department of the City. The Civil Service Commission shall be composed of three members and shall hold office as provided in RCW 41.12, and shall have and exercise all powers and duties prescribed by RCW 41.12.
