The relief system afforded reserve law enforcement officers by Chapter 41.24 RCW is extended to reserve law enforcement officers for the City, and all relevant details and provisions of Chapter 41.24 RCW are made a part of this chapter. (Ord 12-296 §2 (Ex A))
2.58.020 Board of Trustees created – Authority.
There is hereby created pursuant to RCW 41.24.460 a Reserve Officer Board of Trustees consisting of (i) the mayor, (ii) the Finance Officer/Clerk, (iii) the Chief of Police and (iv) a reserve law enforcement officer for the City selected by the reserve law enforcement officers for the City for an annual term beginning January 1st through December 31st. The Reserve Officer Board of Trustees shall have and exercise all powers and duties prescribed by Chapter 41.24 RCW. (Ord 12-296 §2 (Ex A))
