5.40.010 Pawnbrokers – Adoption by reference.
The provisions of the Revised Code of Washington 19.60.010 through 19.60.100 be and they are hereby adopted in full by reference as if herein set out in full excepting that the words "City of Quincy, Washington" shall be substituted for the words "any City of the first class or second class" wherever the same may appear in the code provisions herein adopted by reference.
