15.32.010 Generally.
Whenever it may be necessary, on the determination of the appropriate City authority or official to inspect any premises in the City, excluding the inspections required during the time of construction of buildings and installation of facilities, to ascertain compliance with, or violation of the provisions of Chapters 15.08 and 15.16 when permission to inspect is not voluntarily given, then the inspection may be made only under and by virtue of a search warrant issued in compliance with the laws of the state of Washington for such cases made and provided.
