The following state statutes, including all future amendments, are adopted by reference:

A. Chapter 47.50 RCW, Highway Access Management Act, and Chapter 468-52 WAC, which codifies the procedural requirements of Chapter 47.50 RCW. (Ord. 1739 § 1, 1993).
