4-5-100 INTERNATIONAL FUEL GAS CODE:

A. ADOPTION:

The “International Fuel Gas Code, 2006 Edition,” as published by the “International Code Council,” as amended by chapter 51-42 WAC, is hereby adopted by reference. (Amd. Ord. 5297, 7-2-2007)

B. APPEALS BOARD:

The Appeals Board for purposes of Section 109.1 shall be the Community and Economic Development Administrator or designee. (Ord. 5157, 9-26-2005; Ord. 5450, 3-2-2009)

C. VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES:

The first paragraph of Section 108.4 of the IFGC, relating to violations and penalties, is amended by substituting in its stead the following language: Unless otherwise specified, violations of this Section are civil infractions subject to RMC 1-3-2.
