4-5-110 UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE:

A. ADOPTION:

The “Uniform Plumbing Code, 2009 Edition,” as published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, and chapters 51-56 and 51-57 WAC are hereby adopted by reference. B. STATE AMENDMENTS TO UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE:

Whenever there is a discrepancy in the requirements between the Uniform Plumbing Code, as published by the “International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials,” and chapters 51-56 and 51-57 WAC, the Washington Administrative Code sections will be deemed to have amended the Uniform Plumbing Code, as published by the “International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials.” (Ord. 4358, 7-20-1992; Amd. C. CITY AMENDMENTS TO UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE:

Section 102.3: The first paragraph of Section 102.3 of the UPC, relating to violations and penalties, is amended by substituting in its stead RMC 1-3-2, Civil Penalties. (Formerly 4-5-100.
