OFFICER BONDS

2.35.010 Bonds required.

The officers of the city of Roslyn shall, before entering upon the duties of their respective offices, furnish proper surety bonds to the city of Roslyn in the amounts and in the manner, respectively, hereinafter set forth:

A. City clerk and water commissioner, $2,000;

B. City treasurer, $8,000;

C. Chief of police, $2,000;

D. Police officer, $1,000;

E. Police justice, $500.00;

2.35.020 Premiums.

The premiums on said bonds shall be paid by the city of Roslyn. [Ord. 290 § 2, 1924.]
