BOARD OF PARK COMMISSIONERS

2.60.010 Appointment.

The mayor of the said city be and hereby is empowered to appoint a board of park commissioners, not to exceed three in number, to serve without compensation and during the pleasure of the mayor. [Ord. 210 § 1, 1913.]

2.60.020 Supervision – Powers.

Such board of park commissioners shall have control and supervision of all parks belonging to the city and shall have power to prescribe rules and regulations for the government thereof, which rules and regulations shall be enforced by the police department of the said city. [Ord. 210 § 2, 1913.]

2.60.030 Park fund.

Hereafter, the board of park commissioners of the city of Roslyn, Washington, shall have the power to disburse the special fund, known as the cumulative park reserve fund, in the manner that such board of park commissioners may see fit. [Ord. 737, 1993.]
