EXPECTORATION

9.25.010 Unlawful.

It shall be unlawful for any person to expectorate on the floor of any public building, or on any sidewalk, in the city of Roslyn. [Ord. 218 § 1, 1914.]

9.25.020 Enforcement.

It shall be the duty of the police officers of the city of Roslyn to enforce the provisions of this chapter. [Ord. 218 § 3, 1914.]
