8.48.010 Prohibited—Penalty.
The slaughtering of cattle, sheep, hogs or other animals within the limits of this city is prohibited, and declared a public nuisance; and any person who shall slaughter any cattle, sheep, hogs or other animals in this city, shall be fined in any sum not exceeding twenty-five dollars.
