REWARD OFFERED FOR APPREHENSION OF PERSONS DAMAGING PROPERTY

9.24.010 Reward offered.
A sum of up to two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) is offered in reward for information leading to conviction of any persons causing damage to a County traffic-control device or any county property. (Res. 9540, 1983)
9.24.020 Authorization.
R.C.W. 10.85.030 authorizes the Skagit County Commissioners to pay a suitable reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person of any offense against county property. (Res. 9540, 1983)
