30.91V.005 V-type sign structure.

"V-type sign structure" means a sign structure with two sign faces, forming the shape of the letter "V," with an angle between the two faces of not more than 60 degrees.

30.91V.010 Variance.

"Variance" means a permit for the purpose of granting relief from specific development standards of this title as applied to a particular piece of property.

30.91V.013 Vehicle, vessel and equipment sales and rental.

"Vehicle, vessel and equipment sales and rental" means a structure or site used to primarily sell or rent automobiles, vessels, boats, construction equipment, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, travel trailers, trucks, or other similar large items.

30.91V.015 Vehicle circulation.

"Vehicle circulation" means the ability of vehicles to move from one location to another.

30.91V.017 Vessel.

"Vessel" means ships, boats, barges, or any other floating craft which are designed and used for navigation and do not interfere with normal public use of the water.

This definition applies only to "Shoreline" regulations in chapters 30.44 and 30.67 SCC.

30.91V.020 Veterinary clinic.

"Veterinary clinic" means a structure or premises for medical or surgical treatment of animals.

30.91V.025 View corridor.

"View corridor" means a corridor that visually enhances or preserves the scenic integrity of the county’s scenic resource.

30.91V.030 Volcanic hazard areas.

"Volcanic hazard areas" means those areas subject to pyroclastic flows, lava flows, debris flows, mud flows, or related flooding resulting from volcanic activity originating on Glacier Peak, as indicated on maps produced by the United States Geological Survey.
