1.16.010 Acceptance of gifts.

Before any donation or gift of real or personal property to the city shall become effective, the city council shall adopt a resolution confirming the city’s acceptance of the gifted or donated property or so much of such property as the council deems appropriate. (Ord. 965 § 1 2002).
