2.12.010 Appointment.

The offices of the city clerk-treasurer and the city attorney, as provided by the State of Washington Laws of 1955, Chapter 365, Section 2, shall be filled by appointment by the mayor, which appointment shall be subject to confirmation by a majority vote of the city council. (Ord. 278 § 1, 1956).
