6.16.010 Keeping of bees prohibited.

The keeping of bees of every nature and kind, including domestic honey bees, within the city of Soap Lake is prohibited. (Ord. 956 § 1, 2001).

6.16.020 Violation – Penalty.

The violation of this chapter is a civil infraction, punishable by a civil penalty of not less than $100.00, nor more than $500.00, together with the mandatory statutory assessments. (Ord. 956 § 2, 2001).
