18.30.010 Responsibilities.

The community development director shall have the following responsibilities:

A. To advise the planning commission and the city council concerning matters related to planning and the administration of SVMC Titles 17 through 25 (Uniform Development Code (UDC));

B. To implement the provisions of the UDC in conformance with the directives of the city council and the UDC;

C. To regularly update the Comprehensive Plan and official zoning map;

D. To make recommendations concerning proposed changes and amendments to zoning regulations and the official zoning map; and

E. To review site plans for conformance with the requirements of the UDC. (Ord. 07-015 § 4, 2007).
