Printing Instructions

Internet Explorer: To print the table, click the "Print Doc" link (found in the upper right corner of the screen - next to "Show TOC"). When the Print menu screen opens, choose "Preferences". Choose the "Finishing" tab, and select "Landscape". Click "OK." Then click "Print".

 

Firefox: To print the table, click the "Print Doc" link (found in the upper right corner of the screen - next to "Show TOC"). When the Print menu screen opens, choose "Properties". Choose the "Finishing" tab, and select "Landscape". Click "OK." Then click "OK" again.
