Pursuant to RCW 35A.11.020 and 35A.12.140, the City adopts by reference the Spokane County shoreline master program (SMP) which is referred to as Appendix 21-H, including an amendment adopted by Resolution 2-0471, dated May 2, 2002. (Ord. 07-015 § 4, 2007).
