The following design and development standards are established pursuant to RCW 35A.11.020, 35A.14.140, Chapter 36.70A RCW (the Growth Management Act), Chapter 58.17 RCW and WAC 365-195-800 through 365-195-865 as well as provisions of SVMC Titles 17 through 25. (Ord. 07-015 § 4, 2007).
