SUNNYSIDE MUNICIPAL JAIL BOOKING FEE

3.25.010 Booking fee.
Any person who is booked in the Sunnyside Municipal Jail shall pay a $10.00 booking fee to the Sunnyside Police Department. Such person shall pay the booking fee from any money currently in the person’s possession at the time of booking. If such person does not have any money in his or her current possession, then the Police Chief or his designee shall notify the Sunnyside Municipal Court for assessment of the fee. If the defendant is acquitted, not charged or if the charges are dismissed, then the Chief of Police or his designee must return the booking fee to the defendant at the last known address in the booking records.
