LAW AND JUSTICE CENTER CONSTRUCTION FUND

3.34.010 Fund created.
There is hereby created a fund which shall be known as the “Law and Justice Center Construction Fund.” All revenues, assessments, loans, grants or funds received for research, planning, development, professional services, acquiring and constructing a law and justice center for the City of Sunnyside, which facilities include jail facilities, Police Department facilities, Municipal Court facilities, and other related facilities and uses. All disbursements for costs of planning, research, acquisition and construction of said law and justice center facilities shall be made from the Law and Justice Center Construction Fund.
