9.56.020 Unauthorized communication with prisoner.
Every person who, not being authorized by law or by an officer authorized by law, has any verbal communication with any prisoner in the City Jail or brings into or conveys out of the City Jail any writing, clothing, food, tobacco, or any article whatsoever is guilty of the offense of unauthorized communication with prisoner. It is also unlawful for any person to loiter in or about the City detention facility for the purpose of engaging in any conduct prohibited by this section.
