14.16.010 Disorderly conduct.
The provisions of Chapter 9.60 SMC, relating to disorderly conduct, shall apply to the conduct of all persons while on the airport, and penalties for violation of any of the provisions of said chapter shall be as provided therein. [Ord. 2016-14 § 1 (Exh. A), 2016.]
14.16.020 Sanitation.
A. No person shall dispose of garbage, paper, refuse, or material of any kind on the airport, except in the receptacles provided for that purpose.
B. No person shall use a comfort station other than in a clean and sanitary manner.
C. No person shall expectorate or spit on the floors, walls, or other surfaces of any airport building. [Ord. 2016-14 § 1 (Exh. A), 2016.]
14.16.030 Preservation of property.
No person shall:
A. Destroy, injure, deface, or disturb in any way any building, sign, equipment marker, or other structure, device, tree, flower, lawn, or other property on the airport;
B. Alter, make additions to, or erect any building or sign, or make any excavations on the airport, except when duly authorized;
C. Willfully abandon any personal property on the airport. [Ord. 2016-14 § 1 (Exh. A), 2016.]
14.16.040 Airport and equipment.
No person shall interfere with the use of, tamper with, or injure any airport equipment or any part of the airport. [Ord. 2016-14 § 1 (Exh. A), 2016.]
14.16.050 Penalty.
Any person, firm, corporation, or other legal entity found to have violated any provision of SMC 14.16.020 through 14.16.040 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $500.00 and/or imprisoned in the Sunnyside City Jail for a term not to exceed 30 days.
